One thing i was surprised at was despite the speed that it wasn't too physically demanding. Yes I only drove for 30 mins plus practise but I expected to ache a bit this morning but I felt good. Perhaps the constant lifting the kart on and off the stand after each heat at sprint meetings is the killer and not the driving!!!
