Dan,

If it is a Stratos that you have call Mall at 7kart - he was previously the fabricator at Stratos.

Alternatively - have you tried straightening it? Doesn't sound as daft as it may as if they are anything like the 7Kart stubs they are pretty soft and a tweak with an old axle in the correct direction might do the trick (or snap it as can sometimes occur).
