Example for you ... 70 rear , 20 front = 3.5 ratio . The equivalent in 19 front is a 66.5 rear .
Just divide front into rear for the ratio then use that ratio again to work out the alternative .
Many circuits dictate gearing for endurance events but if its "open" then many use the smallest rear sprocket possible as it gives you greater ground/kerb clearance and lessens the possibility of throwing a chain ...
