I took the biland out today and unfortunately It started to leak oil from the bottom of the engine near the bottom of the cam belt cover. This don't seem like a engine gasket as its literally seeping out! Plus its not coming from the top half, only the bottom near the cam belt cover/ oil filter cover.

The engine have just been rebuilt as well! this will only be the 2ND time out.

Any help or advice on what to look for would be appreciated
