I still stand by my original advice. A set of jet wheels, 130/200, are about Ł60 brand new. These would be a good starting point for in the dry. I'd keep your other wheels for wets. When/if you start racing and taking it even more seriously, then I'd recommend trying other rims with different offsets, widths, materials, volume, hubs, etc.
