Dan is correct on the exhaust - they get sealed after he baffles have been removed and Jeff Johnson is the only sealing agent - it does give a bit more power perhaps not as much as 0.5hp but certainly some.

The Honda clearances are way to wide. I don't have the metric measurement, however, if you google a conversion table i am sure you will find the equivalant setting to 0.002" inlet and 0.003" exhaust.
