High Tec,
The best way is to test as theses clutches are very basic.
The clutch should be set to "begin" pulling in at 3200 rpms, with final lockup usually occurring around 3800 rpms. Between those two rpm numbers, the clutch is constantly "trying" to lockup, and would if you were to pull back on the throttle and let the clutch catch up with the acceleration curve.

Try all the settings and Blue and White springs, weigh all the parts to try and get matching pairs of Clutches.

Every .001 sec is worth it if you want to win.
Cheers
Trev
