their's probably a small crack around the joint where the filler cap is conected to the top of the rad ...... i had this problem , i got sum window silicon and smeared it around both the filler cap and overflow joints .. that sorted it . try not to over fill the rad too . if that don't work i think ive still got my spare in the garrage sum where , lol , never been used :-) ill do ya good price .
