That makes it #700 an engine - the price of the sellected parts ones are not that far off.

I can't speak for cadets as they were subject to some other stupid regulation on seals in the past, however, Senior Honda is again seeing the playing field level as those with appropriate knowledge and skill to build a good engine can be equal to those "race tuned". I doubt if the racing has ever been closer and, you know, it is still the same people that are winning and the same people getting accused of cheating!!
