I'd prefer two skill classes.

Give me something to aim for, try to get up into the Pro's.

As for the weight thing being "unfair" on the lighter drivers, how's that? Its much easier to put weight on a kart than to lose it off a person. As long as everyone is on the same weight its fair and even.

And whats to stop a fast light driver from weighting his kart? So the light drivers can basically choose which class to be in, whereas I'd be stuck in one class.

Now THATS unfair.

As for the safety aspect, is 5kg really going to make any difference? Getting clocked in the head off a kart weighing 100kg or 105kg would make no difference at all!!
