You didn't answer my question about the problems with Biland being 'Legal' and NOT 'lack of orders'.

Can you tell us what it is that YOU know that we don't about this?

It seems to be 'common knowledge' that the 'legal' side is like EVERY other manufactured object: if YOU own the rights to it, you can build it and if you DON'T, then you can't.

How is that so substantially different in the case of the Biland?

We understood the sitaution was that Aunty was refusing to sell her share for the amount that Nephew wants to offer. Has it changed, who owns it currently, is the family 'fued' over? If so, what is STOPPING them being manufactured, again?
