Adam, with your Wheel Aligner , check it again with the chain Off, I know it take a bit of time, make sure your engine is locked down, fit the Wheel Aligner to the rear sprocket and spin the clutch, repeat this in 3 or 4 places on the rear sprocket , the lazer dot should run right in the centre of the clutch sprocket.

Same again on the other engine.

Talon sprockets, yes the best.
again, no not use cheap ones, you pay for what you get.

Dont buy cheap chains, buy the best quality, theses if washed and re oiled should last a few years sprint racing.
