Exhaust baffle end broken off and blocking the bend. Had exhaust apart checked pipe complete and in good condition fitted new wadding

Red gasket missing from coil plug. ??? Never heard of a red gasket

Power valve stuck or no spring. Power valve spring inplace

Valve in upside down or gasket covering hole. Valve orientation and gasket correct but waiting for new gasket to eliminate possible fault.

If it's a new style ignition switch the contacts may be contaminated from non use. Old style ignition used

Reed block to carb rubber has a split underneath that is letting in air. Not checked this but will inspect but cannot access reed block as is part of Jag seal

Tank pickup tube has disintegrated. Tube in good condition and fuel flowing fine

No hole in catch tank top. If your meaning the fuel catch tank pipe was'nt connected at the time

Pulse pipe actually blocked with dried oil. Was a previously unused pipe

Pump pipes wrong way around. Pump pipes orientation was correct and fuel was being delivered to the carb, again waiting for new gaskets to rebuild

Battery voltage too low or battery. Starter was kicking over strong with three different batteries and all cycled with an optimate 4 charger all showing no faults and fully charged
