It's not going to idle like a wf. or prokart. Start up and drive off.
Have you got the right carb settings on the low and high speed(T bar) fuel screws. One of the Blue runners should give you the settings. Probably want to know if it's a 100cc or 115? .Carbs need rebuilding now and again with new kits and 'pop off 'pressure setting.
Is it dying from being too rich? Try screwing in the low speed screw in a half turn or so. May give you a flat spot when you drive off. Welcome to 2/ world!
