To his father, (Bodger's)post re Mr Scothern :- "there was evidence of a sleeve (liner) being removed " might I ask with their vast experience with TKM and obvious ethics as to strict compliance,if a team owner or oily rag asks an engineer to use his skills to remove a pegged liner,the said liner is then taken away by a team member to have a metal spraying procedure carried out on it (ILLEGAL acc to TALKO)then returned to an engineer for refacing,re -fitting in barrel, who is actually guilty of what,?? the said team owner/oily rag ,the engineer,the metal sprayer,the engineer who refaced it and re-fitted it,the engine builder ,the engine owner/dad,or the driver who used it your comments please !!! I have today been to collect 2 x TKM engines completely re-built by Mr Scothern FOC in order to help a less well off lad and dad race, can only say as I find.
