yea its a hand held starter and defo for the parilla a tkm bt82 and to be fair the tkm is bullet proof iv had a great summer on the track with it, my son has out grown his kart and 4stroke now he is itching to get the two stroke buz now im just worried about getting parts for the parilla in the future, thanks for the info about power id set my lad off in the tkm to start with
