Exhaust to engine seal is important for back pressure and it could be that the oil you see is burned fuel waste exiting from the seal. Use silicon goo to seal when you fit the exhaust. All senior rotax engines should be able to rev to 14000 with green coil, more with black, we regularly see 14400
