Battery is not holding a charge.
Either try on another battery charger as they can fail as well. But 12.4 is flat and should be more 12.9-13volts. The battery at 12.4 will dump way lower under load/starting and if it actually fired the engine up will not be good on track as the ignition will be all over the place and get back firing etc.You should never leave a battery uncharged after use and then about once a month give it a boost up to keep it good.
