Hi. I have been removing my axle using a rubber mallet and hammering it out. It seems to be sliding out of the bearings pretty well but the brake disc carrier is a lot more sticky. As I am hammering the axle out the brake disc is up against the inside of the brake calipers, the axle is coming out slowly but the calipers are basically taking the force of the hammer blows. Is it ok to do that or could the brake calipers be damaged? It's a Tony Kart EVK.
