It should be an easy process check gear oil. Check your wiring on your starter motor and coil. Check in the bore make sure no rust is in the bore. Change the water in ur raditor and flush it throughCheck the pickup on rhe rear of the engine make sure it clean. Maybe replace rhe fuel pump kit and fit a new spark plug and start her gently without reving it hard till it gets warm. If in doubt send it to a engine builder to check over.
