Given the blase reaction of drivers involved in and the writers of the articles on the "News" part of this site to being penalised, I'm not surprised that people are getting hacked off. Standards are definitely dropping and it's only coming down hard on the perpetrators that will raise them back, not bumpers and bodywork...
CoCs and observers were to be respected and, to a certain extent, feared "back in the day". It's about time we got that back, and that requires backbone from those officiating the meeting, and the support from the governing body when they make their decisions...
