X30 practice at Le Mans

Planning to spend a few days of practice for the X30 Worlds at Le Mans in the next couple of weeks.
Looked at the website and it says that the track is available all year. Phoned the circuit but due to my poor french could not establish if that was the case.
Does anybody know where I can find out for certain when the track is available?
Anybody want to join us in our awning and share costs?
