I agree with all Dynamax has said (though I'd go up to nearer 250ml oil/5l fuel if not racing).

This is the closest manual to the Lynx I can find online, the Leopard is the 125cc version but bar some internals they're broadly the same. http://www.tagaustralia.com.au/downloads/leopard_manual.pdf

All torque settings etc. should be transferable.

For gearing: are you going to run it with an NKRA restrictor or not? If not, I'd start in the high 70s at Whilton and work your way from there (probably down). Not too sure about Rye, I've never been there with my Blues.
