Sounds a bit complex so will try and sort out the clutch first then sort out the carb later.
We borrowed a simular outfit and went to hooton for a test.
The chap who lent us the outfit took him down to the bottom end of the car park and let him drive around slow making sure he could stop and start and switch off when asked to. Then he went out on the track for a hour.
All we did yesterday is replicate the slow stop start session in the car park but ended up damaging the clutch.
Was this because of the carb setup/engine speed. My lad only covered the brake to keep the speed down as he did at hooton.
