Just bought our first used outfit a comer w60 powered wright apollo. I've stripped it down, didn't remove engine or axle, and giving everything a good clean. Fitted a new fuel tank and new fuel lines.Started ok after a few problems getting the fuel through. Taken my lad aged 8 to a big disused car park for a naughty test. Turned the throttle pedal stop to its maximum so he could only open it a little. Didn't want him zooming off. He did very well and managed to drive safely and stop when I told him switching it off himself. Did about 10 mins with lots of stops when it suddenly stopped. Trid to restart but the pull cord only came out out 2cm and stopped solid. Removed the spark plug and I can see the piston moving up and down slightly when turning the engine with a spanner but it won't turn over. Seems to be hitting something on the way down. I've put fresh fuel in and mixed 45mls of 2stroke oil per litre of unleaded. By keeping the revs down have I starved it of oil causing it to seize or could it be the pull cord. We're complete novices so any help would be much appreciated.
