no we only run the slightly bigger one twice,on first visit to new tracks, yes I think he did overstretch the cable as you say, but it was because the engine just suddenly lost 800 revs at the top, and the bottom end just bogged, it all points to the carb, but we did not touch it after we got our fastest time on sat. then were 2 secs. slower on sun. which almost perfectly mirrors our previous 2 meetings, it is very bizarre as from those previous weeks nothing was touched either yet the following sat. the performance returns then goes on sun. again, only thing I can liken it to is many moons ago I had a rd350lc and that would go really well for a couple of hours then drop off and that was crank seals, but that is just a guess?
