You'll find the majority on DD. There may have been one or two (tops) on clutched engines in the Elite final.

Certainly all of the top 10 were DD.

Over the years I have driven some clutch classes (Formula Yamaha) back in the day and then came over to TKM. You'll make the adjustment in driving just fine after a couple of outings.

My advice - go for DD easy and cheaper to maintain and you're not at risk of giving any performance away.

Regardless of what Tal-ko say don't buy a motor with the new style bottom end even if it is DD and don't even think about TAG they're not competitive. You ideally want a DD engine that is CNC barrel.
