Strip and clean the calipers and seals.Check for pickup or corrosion on the pistons and bores.Ensure they are both smooth and clean. Replace the seals if not looking good.Reassemble with brake grease (this helps stop them sticking).Also the master cylinder can not release correctly as well.Make sure not over filled as well.
