We noticed the same thing on my lad's nassau panel and bumper after one of the heats at PFI last weekend.

No way to prove whether it was a mechanic being over enthusiastic with WD40 in the axle bearings, a carb running too rich, a coked/oiled-up exhaust, too much Shell-M in the mix, or if someone was cheating.

Cool Power is illegal in 2-stroke classes, but the only way to prove someone is using it is to dip and test the fuel, something which few places outside Super1 are equipped to deal with.
