Thanks, yeah im rebuilding it- im just trying to work out what the clearances will be in my head first. Thanks for the info mate. how many hones do you go inbetween bores-or is it when you dont like the gap anymore or theres a taper?

One more question if i may dude, what do you do about getting the barrel dead center on the crankcase?-i can shimmy it about a tiny bit round the head bolts...

First time rebuilding :)
