Hi Zathorus - really appreciate your response and it all makes sense.

Wow...didn't realise a bad chassis setup can lose that much time, that may account for our problems.

I think I have to go back to basics, like you say, confirm that chassis is straight. Then, get kart weighted correctly, go to base setup and work methodically from there.

Any idea how much tyre pressures can contribute to laptimes, say if I am 2psi out from ideal how much could that lose us?
