I am new to karting, my 9 year old son has just started in Comer Cadet. He is only practising at moment as needs a little more track time before taking ARKS. Weighed kart & him at Shennington on Saturday, he needs a further 18kg of (already has 6) putting on kart. I know I am not allowed to put more than 5 in any one place, but obviously around the seat and low seems to be the choice of others. What is ideal weight distribution, on Saturday I was offered, 50:50, 60:40 & 80:20 Rear/front by 3 different people in as many minutes. Any one with any suggestions?
