That timetable looks about right for the Festival but I think it might be different for the Anglian Cup this year.

I can't remember where I saw it but I think that the Anglian Cup is all on one day, either Sat or Sun, the other day is a club round to make up for the April date that was lost to FKS. It's free practice on the Friday.
I'm not sure if the Anglian Cup is being run as Quali, Heats, Pre Final and Final or just 3 heats and a final.
