the msa have instructed all clerks to enforce the keep between the wite line rules if you were at the british touring car meet at brands last w/e you would have witnesed black flags for leaving the circuit in every race includingthe BTTC rsaces apeals were made to the stewards but the clerks desisions were upheld.
all you have to do to not be black flagged is stay within the rules sent out to all licence holders by way of the blue and gold books.
