Just thought I'd mention that tal-ko are selling some Maxxis SLC tyres, Ł72 for a full set. I think they're the old control tyre for TKM, certainly not eligible for TKM now though but good enough for practice days.

I think they are a fairly hard compound but just bought myself a set to use on my kart, which I just practice on, so anyone else doing the same might be interested in a set. I've been using second hand Le Conts so far so should have some fun next time out as I expect the SLCs to have less grip!
