raceinstructor is spot on although I found that the shoes and springs could be assembled on a bench and then eased onto the pins (if you don't have a puller). We also fitted the bracing plate to try and ease the stress on the pins (this plate also gave a good indication if a pin was about to let go as it would break first). I would also advise, having run the old style clutch long after everyone else converted that if you can afford to do so is to get a new style one it has made life so much easier and is one less thing to worry about trackside! Easy to fit yourself as well. Hope this helps.
