Replace the inlet needle and make sure all is clean icluding idle/idle emulsion jets and orifces/filter and reassemble correctly and it should be fine. Running bad can be a result of the inlet needle not controlling the fuel level and it over fueling and overflowing and also blocked jets not allowing enough fuel in the right place ! Another is clogged airfilter
