I went to the kart today with the intension of giving it a bit of a test run through the gears whilst on stands to see how it was off the ground (just to see) anyway got it going first time, got it it still in gear put the clutch in which worked fine, then went to change gear...and nothing...stuck in what i believe to be first...gutted..no matter what i did it was stuck in gear...

So the engine has come out yet again, and i`ve taken the clutch housing off to have a look.. i can`t really see much, apart from the gear selector fork is on a little mechanism which has bin pushed back and doesnt reach the selector.. which explains it really but i`m not sure which is neutral and where i should position the selector... maybe the little mecanism inside the casing has been loose and selecting the wrong gear!!!

Anyway does anybody know anything about mac minarelli rotary valve engines? i need to know where the neutral selector should go? (ie the 5 star selector)
