we had a similar problem with the blade winding itself in (The green bellows was rotating during running) fixed it by using 2 springs, top and bottom and threadlocking both ends of the threaded bolt. I suggest setting it up, doing a run and measuring it when you come in. You'll soon see if it has moved in or not. Hope this helps.
