Hi all

here's the dilemma:

I race Rotax in Australia and am coming 'home' to the UK in Sept to visit family for 2 weeks. It is much cheaper for me to buy a 2011 Rotax motor in the UK than in Aus....

If I get a new one - does it need to be 'breathed upon' by an engine builder like Ogden etc or will it be great in standard trim out of the box? if it does needs work - how much do the engine builders in the UK charge for this? I want new - not really interested in a 'great 07 bottom / 10 top end' etc etc

I know that it will have the UK stamp on it - but I only generally race clubdays where this wont be an issue - and can use my 08/09 motor for any big meet that I do enter (rare though)

if there are any engine builders reading this - my email is davyplumb@hotmail.com I would love any details or costings etc - if not I will probably email a few of the big names nearer the time before I come over
