They use to run open test days every sunday (I use to go to most of them when I started karting) when the track wasn't booked for another event but not sure whether they still do that, the track calender is at the link below:

You can hire the whole track for the day though which is a offer I've never seen anywhere else. Contact detals are on the link given above.
