Hi, we have just moved up to seniors and have had a few issues with the powervalve! What we have learned (the hard way) is to make sure that you check the measurement between the spade and the bellows regularly to make sure that the vibration of the engine hasn't caused it to wind itself in! Also, you should locktite the the screw thread in the Bellows end to negate this. However, we found that without the bottom spring the bellows could still rotate around due to the oil and gunk it suckes up. The bottom spring has sorted this. Hope this makes sense. A vernier measuring tool is a must!
