If you do go for 25mm stubs you will probably find they use 10mm King Pins rather than 8mm ones.

I have tried these bushes inserted into the spacer and each bearing. Hey-presto 10mm king pin bearings become 8mm:

Have fitted them but not actually used yet, anyone see any problems with this?
