Hi Kieron

As Alan and Ian have already said you can't really "baffle" the TKM exhaust. From your profile you seem to use Priory Park. If it was the owner telling you that your kart is too loud I suggest you try Whilton Mill instead. I have never visited Priory Park but from the website it looks to be a very small 4 stroke circuit. Whilton would be far better with a TKM and nobody will tell you it is too loud.
