We have now had 2 fuel tanks on our tonykart (first one was on the kart when we got it and second was replacement from ebay)

On both tanks, as soon as we fill them with fuel past the fixing bolt in the middle of the tank they start leaking.
I can't see any probs with the tanks. Is there a seal that needs replacing ? I've looked on the web and it shows quick release kits, but not much detail re the seals.
Help required please.
