Back to back tested them last year and the Vegas were 0.5 sec faster on used rubber with the first run on mojos being the same time for used Vegas.
As someone mentioned theres a drop off of about 0.5sec from the first run, but you could do hundreds of laps without drop off after.
Sets this year seem to be about a second faster so over all about 0.3-0.5 secs faster.
