There are also available special left hand (anti-clockwise bits that 'drill' out the offending item. The problem with the spiral outs is that they require a hole in which to insert them and expand the stuck item. This, with your bleed nipple can tighten the bleed nipple in the threaded hole. The drill bits bite on the bolt and 9 times out of 10 the bolt, or in this case the bleed nipple comes out. Mine is a set of 4, approx. 3,4,5 &6 mm. Need a reversible drill.
