There's just one little problem.

Itpro gives a range of appropriate weight distributions, from 45:55 to 40:60.

That amounts to a difference (for a driver who weighs as much as the kart) of 10 cm in seat placement.

Some drivers report that it can make a big difference but it is only really noticeable when you get within 5mm.

So don't expect fitting the seat to a standard to automatically improve the handling of the kart, unless you are wildly wrong.
