The choice that you are missing is Formula Blue, with the Lynx engine.
It has a restrictor system so that whatever the driver weight, from under 60Kg to over 104Kg you have the same performance on the track.
There's no seal on the engine, so its comparable to servicing a TKM and the kart is just as fast as a TKM.
(Any difference is down to the tyres).
You have tracks around you, Hooton Park being obvious.
And if you want to go non-MSA there are some fairly strong Blue grids....and more than one person has taken on Rotaxs with it by taking out the resrictor and putting on sticky tyres.
(It's all a matter of technique. The Rotax can outdrag Blue from when its powervalve cuts in, but Blues can monster them in and out of the corners).
At 94kg you would want to think about the Lynx Maxi engine, it has an extra 15cc for the heavier driver but still performs as a blue, and providing you are a heavier driver, which you are, competes in Blue races along with the 100cc Lynx standard model.
Well worth the try.
See planetkarting.co.uk for details of Formula Blue, and the NKRA national championship for the Blue class, or trundle up to Hooton and Glan y Gors.
