You will probably get different opinions. Here are my suggestions.

Millers KR2T......it's blue and you can see it's been added.

1-50.......2%

NGK

Standard unleaded........some will say high octane or only BP, Shell etc. but I remain unconvinced of any evidence put forward for this.
